Going to my meeting this evening. The holidays really messed me up. Too many temptations and I pretty much failed. Hoping I didn't mess up too badly. :( I'm working at getting my exercise in and walking as soon as I get home from work before doing anything else. Vacations, Holidays and weekends usually mess that up, but I need to continue on. I need to pretend I just came home from work and get out there and walk at the same time I would normally during the week. Losing weight is a difficult process some times, but we need to keep working the program and we will reach success.
