STILL CARRYING ON

Went to our meeting tonight.  Great time.  I lost another 1/2 pound.  I'm up to a total of 51.8 pounds now.  Still trying to get in the groove to move which is hard for all of us after a long day at work.  I need to find an exercise that makes we want to move even when I'm tired.  I've really got to get motivated.  I'm still losing weight but it could probably be better if I'd exercise more.   LORD, help me find the right exercise program for me.
