EXERCISE?!?!?

Trying to get the exericse going.   Not consistant, but trying.   Brisk walk at moderate pace for 36 minutes.  It felt good.  Praying that I can keep this up.  I need to do it so I can continue losing weight to reach my final goal.  I am half way there now.  Gotta keep going and not give up.  I've come too far to turn back now.  Thinking about joining a zumba class but not sure if it's too ambitious for this point in time.  May check out one class before I decide.
